Sales Strategy & Execution
- Enroll high-ticket business coaching programs through phone/Zoom sales calls
- Conduct values-aligned sales conversations that prioritize fit and long-term client success
- Confidently sell premium offers by clearly communicating value, outcomes, and transformation
- Manage a high volume of booked calls while maintaining strong close rates
- Follow established sales processes while contributing insights to optimize scripts, objections, and conversions
- Accurately assess lead quality and readiness, disqualifying when necessary
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-up workflows
Performance & Revenue Ownership
- Proven ability to close high-level business mentorship programs
- Track and report conversion rates, revenue generated, and pipeline health
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets consistently
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align messaging with current launches and offers
- Provide feedback on lead quality, market objections, and trends from calls
Client Experience & Brand Representation
- Represent the Maggie Berghoff brand with confidence, professionalism, and passion
- Create a high-touch, premium sales experience from first conversation to enrollment
- Support clients in making empowered, aligned decisions
- Uphold brand values while maintaining strong boundaries and leadership in sales conversations
Role Requirements
- Mandatory: 3+ years experience closing online high-ticket business coaching programs
- Mandatory: Proven track record with documented revenue numbers generated
- Deep understanding of the online coaching / business mentorship space
- Ability to move fast, stay organized, and manage a full call calendar
- Self-led, disciplined, and highly accountable
- Confident communicator with a calm, grounded presence

YOUR ROLE:
Drive growth by enrolling aligned, high-level clients into Maggie Berghoff’s premium business coaching programs. This role is responsible for enrolling qualified leads into high-ticket offers through sales conversations, while upholding the elite positioning, integrity, and mission of the brand.
This is a performance-driven role for an experienced closer who understands online business coaching offers and can consistently convert interested leads into committed long-term clients.
We already have several rockstar closers and constantly receive praise from leads and clients for how amazing their calls with our enrollment team have been. You must have the heart and passion around enrolling clients into a transformational program.
