Support Business Coach Role
Support entrepreneurs as they implement the strategies taught inside The Online Business Academy™ while working alongside our Lead Business Coaches. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping business owners work through challenges, implement concepts, stay accountable, and build momentum.
Full-time. Virtual. You're someone who wants to work inside a company as a loyal team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily client coaching and implementation support
- Help clients execute recommendations from coaching calls and workshops
- Learn each client's business, goals, and implementation plan
- Coach clients through challenges related to messaging, offers, pricing, sales, and marketing
- Reinforce TeamMB frameworks and methodologies
- Answer client questions and provide accountability inside our mentorship programs
- Collaborate closely with Lead Business Coaches
- Identify client roadblocks and provide strategic guidance to keep momentum moving
- Document client progress and communicate updates with the coaching team
- Support the Lead Coach in adding notes from sessions to the appropriate trackers
- Upload coaching session replays into client portals with description details
Who We're Looking For:
- Passionate about coaching entrepreneurs and helping them succeed
- Experience in online business, coaching, consulting, or marketing
- Strong understanding of:
- High-ticket sales
- Offer creation and pricing
- Messaging / Copy
- Social media marketing
- Organic and paid marketing
- Webinars/Summits/launches
- Mindset
- Loves being a huge behind-the-scenes help for the Lead Coaches and knowing the massive impact you're making in women's lives helping them grow their company
- Experience working with service-based businesses
- Experience working with new entrepreneurs (our clients are 0 - 7figures level)
- Want a full-time job (time and emotion - we're ALL in). 40+hr/wk, readily available, great communication, this is your only job

This role will be supporting hundreds of clients in implementing our business guidance. You will report to the Lead Business Coach and Director of Fulfillment. You will be critical in ensuring clients are understanding concepts, implementing guidance, and feeling fully supported.
