Paid Ads Coach Role

Support and guide our clients to online business success using paid ads to increase leads, become findable online, boost authority, and ultimately make more money.

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Support mentorship program clients with all paid ad-related questions via Slack and other communication channels

  • Guide clients in setting up, testing, optimizing, and scaling their own campaigns

  • Review client ad creatives, copy, hooks, and strategies and provide actionable feedback

  • Teach best practices for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), high-ticket offers, budget management, and campaign optimization

  • Help clients troubleshoot issues and make data-driven decisions to improve ad performance

  • Stay up-to-date on ad platform changes, trends, and strategies for high-ticket campaigns

Who We're Looking For:


  • 2+ years of experience running paid ads in the high-ticket coaching or online business space

  • Strong understanding of ad strategy, creative testing, budget management, and scaling campaigns

  • Experience teaching or mentoring clients on running their own ads
  • Expert in Meta Ads; experience with other platforms is a plus

  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret metrics and provide actionable guidance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ad concepts for clients
