Paid Ads & Marketing Expert

Run and manage all paid ads for the company.  You'll be stepping into an already proven model in a multi-million dollar company and will maintain existing strategy while pushing for growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Run paid ads with current best practices for optimization

  • Maintain the current position of the company while expanding and pushing growth

  • Obsessive over daily ads tracking, numbers, conversions, and full-picture marketing

  • Aggressively test new ad campaign angles, copy, and creative

  • Full ownership of landing page optimizations of existing funnels, implementing new trial funnels, email and text automations, and all backend marketing

  • Experience with Meta ads is main priority 

  • Provide weekly paid ads reports to the CEO with data and insights from social, paid ads, landing pages, email marketing, calls booked, clients enrolled.  You own the full paid ads ecosystem.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Relevant experience running paid ads for service-based businesses

  • Strong understanding of ad strategy, creative testing, budget management, and scaling campaigns

  • Positive and growth-minded person to contribute to a fast-growing company 
  • Proactive. You bring things to the conversation daily. You don't wait to be told what to work on, you're already three steps ahead pushing growth daily. 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • BONUS:  You're the ads girl as main priority but are obsessed with marketing on all fronts and contribute to other marketing measures in the company collaborating with team members in social and PR
