Marketing Role

Support growth of the company with unpaid and paid marketing on social and mainstream platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Ads Management (Meta & beyond)

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ads campaigns monitoring real-time data and insights

  • Take initiative to create new creatives (graphics, short-form videos, hooks, copy) for marketing

  • Coordinate and post daily content across social platforms

  • Take initiative to seek out and coordinate podcast opportunities to increase visibility

  • Send intro DMs and manage conversations on social platforms in a thoughtful and professional way

Who We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience in Meta Ads (setup, creatives, and scaling) or able to learn new skillsets fast when trained

  • Strong grasp of social media platforms for business growth, personal brand growth, and authority build (business not influencer)

  • Creative skills in copywriting, graphics, and video content

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you move projects forward fast

  • This company has abnormal results and growth, which requires high performing team members who think big, take action, and go above and beyond

  • Experience communicating with businesses to plan and coordinate media appearances
