Online Business Coach Role

Support and guide our clients to online business success in our specific model for health/wellness professionals building high-ticket coaching/consulting/telehealth companies online.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coach clients 1:1, lead group coaching calls, and provide daily Slack support 

  • Help clients refine their niche, structure and price high-ticket offers, and grow their businesses with confidence

  • Keep clients focused, accountable, and moving forward toward their goals

  • Input our business model within client vision for their company and ensure they have clarity and confidence on exactly what steps to take next and how to implement them

  • Support clients in getting more clients, increasing income, and streamlining their business operations

  • Guide clients on core team growth: when to hire, how to hire, and how to manage/lead effectively

  • Teach and support across multiple areas of business including operations, sales, team growth, leadership, funnel optimization, marketing, and launches

  • Ensure every client feels supported, cared for, and successful in their journey

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2+ years coaching experience in a high-ticket coaching company (required)

  • Prior experience must be in an online high-ticket coaching business (health/wellness coaching space is a plus, but not required)

  • Strong background in helping clients clarify their niche, create offers, and scale their business

  • Ability to hold clients accountable, provide clear direction, and instill confidence

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect, motivate, and challenge clients
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
