Appointment Setter Role

Initiate conversations with potential clients, qualify them as leads, and schedule calls for closer.

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Start conversations with NEW potential clients via Instagram, TikTok, and other company platforms.

  • Recoup and re-set leads who didn’t initially close.  Consistently follow-up and give qualified leads a push get back on the calendar to discuss business mentorship.

  • Ensure TeamMB closer has qualified leads on her calendar to enroll each day, aiming for 4-5 new calls booked per day through your personal outreach.

Who We're Looking For:


  • Strong grasp of social media platforms for business growth, personal brand growth, and authority build (business not influencer) 

  • Amazing communication skills.  You adore talking to new people nonstop and genuinely can't wait to find and get qualified people on the calendar so we can enroll them into our amazing program and help their business growth

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you move things forward fast
